ORDER COMMUNICATION
You will receive order related emails in two stages.
1. An order confirmation email once you place the order.
2. A shipment email once the order is dispatched from our studio to your address. You will be able to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company through the tracking code in the second email.
Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to our studio. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete address or wrong telephone number.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at info.sonugandhi@gmail.com
REFUND
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped product or unavailability of ordered product. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
Every single piece designed & produced at Sonu Gandhi Ensemble goes through stringent quality checks. Unevenness in color & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.
APPAREL: Any garment purchase can be exchanged for a different size or style. No returns are accepted as all pcs are made on order.
HANDBAGS& ACCESSORIES : There is no exchange available in accessories which is delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order. The right product will be delivered to the customer in mentioned estimated time for delivery of the product.
To exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +919878188827 between 11.00AM to 6.30PM IST or email us at info.sonugandhi@gmail.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
